Low Staff to Student Ratio
Classes at Sedona Sky Academy are small, with a faculty-to-student ratio of approximately 1:4. This facilitates a warm, familiar atmosphere where we can provide individualized attention and scaffolded instruction to meet the varying needs of each student.
Individualized Education Plans
Individualized academic plans are created collaboratively, based on pertinent information gathered by the team; consulting staff, parents and the student herself. The plans identify your child’s strengths and challenges and corresponding accommodations or modifications that will help her succeed.
Our nationally accredited elementary, middle and high school curriculum offers a range of courses, including:

- Fine Arts
- Physical Education
SSA’s credit requirements meet and exceed Arizona State Board of Education Graduation Requirements and are closely aligned with the California State University and University of California institutions of higher education “A-G” Requirements. Many of our graduates go on to study in prestigious national colleges, including Arizona State University, University of Arizona, California State University, Ithaca College and Chapman University.
In addition to our regular academic schedule, we provide college preparation for all students at developmentally appropriate stages. Our programs include SAT and ACT preparation classes and the opportunity to participate in AP and college-level courses where applicable.
